The Ferrari SF90 Stradale sets a new standard in the world of hybrid supercars. It is the first plug-in hybrid (PHEV) from Ferrari, marking a bold step into the future of high-performance cars.

With a total output of 1000 HP, the SF90 Stradale is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine producing 780 HP, complemented by three electric motors adding 220 HP. This combination delivers jaw-dropping acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds, making it one of the fastest road cars in Ferrari’s history.

At the heart of the SF90 Stradale is the sophisticated eManettino system, offering four driving modes that allow the driver to switch between fully electric (eDrive), hybrid, performance, and Qualify mode, where the full power of the internal combustion engine and electric motors is unleashed. The car can even drive up to 25 kilometers in full electric mode, ideal for urban environments.

In terms of design, the SF90 Stradale is a perfect example of form following function. Aerodynamics play a critical role, with active elements like the rear "shut-off Gurney" flap that adjusts automatically to reduce drag or increase downforce, depending on the driving conditions. The car’s architecture also adopts Ferrari’s first-ever front-mounted electric motors, which provide instantaneous torque and four-wheel drive capability for greater traction.

Inside, the cockpit reflects Ferrari’s commitment to the future with its digital interface. A curved 16-inch display dominates the dashboard, offering the driver all the information needed at a glance, while the steering wheel integrates touch-sensitive controls, allowing for maximum control without distraction.

The SF90 Stradale doesn’t just represent the future of Ferrari; it represents the future of the automotive industry. It blends Ferrari's traditional focus on performance and driving pleasure with the increasing need for sustainability. With this car, Ferrari has shown that hybrid technology doesn’t have to compromise the driving experience but can instead enhance it.
